Congratulations! You've set your date and now it's on to the fun part - wedding planning! It's advisable to book your photographer 12-18 months in advance, especially if you're planning a popular date or a summer wedding, it saddens me when I'm not available to capture your special day. So, the sooner you secure your date, the better!

Absolutely! I'd love to schedule a virtual call with you to discuss your wedding plans, vision, and any questions you may have.

I typically deliver a range of edited photos, usually between 500-600. However, it's important to note that the exact number can vary from wedding to wedding, and sometimes I may provide as many as 700-900 images! Each wedding day is unique, and my goal is to capture all the special moments without limiting the number of photos based on a specific set amount. Rest assured, I always strive to deliver a comprehensive collection that tells the complete story of your wedding day.

You can expect your final gallery within 10-12 weeks after your wedding day, sometimes sooner depending on the time of year! A sneak preview gallery images will be provided within a few days of your special day! I'll meticulously edit each photo in my signature editing style to bring out its best qualities. I firmly believe that quality should never be sacrificed for speed. I will never rush through the editing process, as I understand that your wedding photos are precious memories that deserve the utmost care and attention to detail.

Yes, please do! Approximately 6-4 weeks prior to your wedding date, I will send you a wedding day questionnaire, on this questionnaire I will ask for your list of group photos. Providing a group photo list ensures I can coordinate these shots swiftly, so everyone can return to celebrating. I also recommend making sure that a bridal party member, or guest who is familiar with your family and friends, also has the list. This person can assist in gathering the right individuals for each photo, making the process seamless and stress-free.

In most cases, I find that capturing around 10-12 group shots covers the essential family and friend combinations while keeping the day's flow intact. However, we can always adjust the number and combinations based on your preferences and I am always happy to take spontaneous group photos throughout the day! 

Around 6-4 weeks before your wedding day, I will be in touch to send a full wedding day questionnaire. This will cover all the final details, including your group photo list, the timeline for the day, and other important information. I will also ask what time you'd like coverage to begin.

My photography style can be characterised as natural, candid, and informal, with a strong inclination toward reportage or documentary photography. In addition to my natural & candid style, I predominantly shoot with my 85mm, 50mm, & 35mm lenses. This choice allows me to create a shallow depth of field, emphasising the subjects in focus while elegantly blurring the background. The result is a distinctive aesthetic that adds a touch of artistry to your moments. This intentional use of focal lengths not only contributes to the overall visual appeal but also complements my storytelling approach.

My editing style can be described as modern, featuring muted greens and tones with a touch of warmth. This carefully curated aesthetic enhances the mood of the captured moments, creating a timeless and elegant feel to your photographs. It is essential to familiarise yourself with my unique style before booking to ensure that my artistic vision & editing style aligns with expectations.

You can conveniently order prints, albums, and other products featuring your favourite photos through your final online gallery. It's important to note that galleries delivered before November 2023 will not include the album option. If you wish to purchase an album, kindly inquire, and I'll make this option available to you. Additionally, for full-day packages, your images will be provided on a keepsake wooden USB, offering a delightful memento of your special day.

Certainly! Your final photographs will be accessible through a secure, password-protected online photo gallery. This gallery will be sent to you directly and can also be accessed through my dedicated client area. You can conveniently download the photo files from this gallery. It's worth noting that this gallery will remain active for a period of 3 years, giving you ample time to access and download your cherished images as well as purchase prints & other products. Rest assured, you will receive a minimum of 30 days' notice before the gallery closure.

In addition, for full day packages you'll also receive your image collection stored on a keepsake wooden USB. Your gallery can also be shared with family and friends, allowing them to download images as they wish, all at no additional cost. It's designed to provide you with a flexible and enjoyable experience in reliving your memorable moments

In case of rain on your wedding day, there's no need to worry. I'm well-prepared to adapt to various weather conditions and can discuss alternative plans for indoor or covered shots if necessary.

It's worth mentioning that some believe rain on your wedding day is actually a sign of good luck! Embracing it can lead to unique and beautiful photo opportunities. In fact, you could even have some black and white umbrellas on standby to incorporate into the photos, adding a touch of charm to your rainy-day shots. Remember, no matter the weather, it won't dampen the incredible day you're going to have!

Absolutely! You're welcome to share your photos on social media, they are your images to share away! I really do appreciate mentions and tags, as it brings me joy to see your memories being enjoyed & to see which images are your favourites!

Suppliers are permitted to share your images, provided they adhere to certain guidelines. When sharing images with other suppliers, they must ensure proper credit is given by tagging and crediting my business in all social media posts & captions. Additionally, if the images are used on supplier's website, clear credit must be displayed. Depending on the usage and purpose, a fee may be applicable. Suppliers must contact me for further details and permission.

I typically do not require a pre-wedding visit to the venue. Instead, I have a flexible approach that allows me to adapt to various wedding locations. If I haven't had the opportunity to work at a specific venue previously, I allocate some time upon arrival to familiarise myself with the surroundings.

I do! I provide relaxed pre-wedding photo sessions as an optional add on, these are in an outdoor setting, offering the perfect opportunity to become comfortable in front of the camera ahead of your big day! Additionally, you can put these photos to good use for unique touches like your wedding invitations or table numbers! Availability is limited - pre-wedding sessions are available on Thursdays, Fridays, and some Sundays only. Saturdays are not available due to this being the most popular day for weddings. However, I do sometimes have rare last-minute availability for Saturdays. 

I completely understand your desire to see the full range of my work, and I appreciate your interest in my photography. However, out of respect for my clients and their privacy, I do not share full wedding galleries with potential clients, however I can send full preview galleries upon request. A wedding day is an incredibly personal and intimate event for the couples I work with, and they have entrusted me to capture those moments. Therefore, I believe in safeguarding their privacy and keeping their full galleries exclusive to them.

I include travel within a 50 mile (round trip) radius of SN15 in my packages. For venues farther away, we can discuss any additional travel expenses and sometimes I do require one or two nights overnight stay for long distance travel.

Absolutely! I understand the importance of peace of mind when it comes to your special day. That's why I carry both professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

Providing a meal during the wedding day is greatly appreciated, especially for full-day packages, as there are times when venues restrict access to fridges or when there are no nearby shops to grab something. Even a simple sandwich goes a long way in keeping me fuelled and ready to capture your special moments.

However, I do completely understand if you're unable to arrange a meal, no worries at all, but I kindly request that you notify me in advance. This way, I can make alternative arrangements to ensure I stay energised throughout the day. 

I'm respectful of the rules and guidelines of religious venues. I'll work closely with you and the officiant to capture the ceremony beautifully.

For full-day & larger weddings, I do offer the option to collaborate with one of my trusted second shooters if they are available. This additional service is dependent on availability & will incur an additional fee. If having a second shooter is crucial to you and you'd like to guarantee this, please contact me for more information or if you have already booked with me, please notify me in advance so I can make the necessary arrangements, again subject to availability. A second shooter can enhance coverage and capture additional perspectives/angles of your special day.
